하늘코수술Nose SurgeryOverall: 1.8/5

I usually only went to Gangnam, but I thought, maybe Busan? so I went there. There’s a reason everyone goes to Gangnam. It was complete factory-style service. There is an ENT specialist, but it seems they do not perform surgery. When I consulted with the manager, I said I wanted to avoid implants and wanted it to look natural, and during the doctor consultation they said they would match that. But the doctor spoke to me bluntly and didn’t even look at the CT, then used a cotton swab to turn my nose into a pig nose and said this is how they would lift it. I said it’s too high and I don’t want silicone. Then don’t do it, they said, lol. When I asked how many millimeters the silicone would be if they did use it, they said there was no rough estimate and you wouldn’t know until surgery. For the record, no other clinic said I couldn’t do it without an implant. It was just a generic, assembly-line surgical method, with the tip raised using cartilage and silicone inserted, without reflecting the patient’s needs at all. The price would be in the low 2 million won range if you count insurance reimbursement, so it was cheap, but I don’t think many people are having surgery just because they want something cheap.
