There were too many people and it felt like they were trying to push all kinds of things on me. It felt more mechanical than kind, and although they do emphasize their professionalism, I can’t really say I felt much trust? Since it’s such a well-known place, they seemed to have a lot of pride in that, but I didn’t get the feeling that their focus was on surgery or consultations tailored to each patient.
