나나성형외과 — Review

I was sure I communicated well with the doctor, but because I'm from out of town, even getting to the consultation was a hassle, and I was crazy to do the consultation and surgery all at once ㅎ Still, the clinic had a decent reputation, so I was satisfied until the first day. Then once the swelling started going down, I immediately got the feeling I was screwed. I asked for an in-out line, but it ended up becoming an inline. The eye-opening correction was so similar that I couldn't even tell whether I'd done it or not; I was opening my eyes with my forehead just like before. I didn't even want the eye-opening correction myself, but it was slipped in and I was told I had to do it together, so I did it. I also had canthoplasty, but almost all of it has stuck back together. This was a revision eye surgery, and I thought it would just be a simple change from an outer line to an in-out line, but the line itself got so much lower that when I open my eyes, it looks like I don't even have double eyelids. Now I have a stress I never even imagined ㅜㅜㅜ Everyone who saw the surgery says the before was better, but whatever... I spent the money, time, and all my stress on it already. Fine, whatever, but anyway. I did ask since I was supposed to write a review, and I thought anyone reading my review would clearly think the before was better, so I asked the manager how I should write it. But the way she kept mixing in casual speech and speaking in a condescending way made me feel disrespected over and over. Before I even knew about this community, I didn't know where else to talk about it, and I was so angry at the time. The most exhausting and irritating part was that every time I went for a consultation or a follow-up, the manager was on leave, so I never once met her. I kept communicating with different managers by phone, and like I mentioned above, they kept inserting casual speech in the middle and talking in a sneering way. Is that their habit? I was boiling inside ㅜ The staff member who removed my stitches was the best service I got at the clinic ^^ Even if the surgery was my own decision because I didn't research enough, the service was the worst among all the clinics I've been to. Anyway, thanks to them my money evaporated, and I suffered through this flat, dull eye until it was time for another revision. I'm going in for re-revision double eyelid surgery and lower/outer canthoplasty revision within a week ~~^^
