When I went for the consultation, there were tons of people, and I waited about 30 minutes to 1 hour to be seen. The staff were kind, and the consultation coordinator was kinder than I expected, which was nice. I hadn't selected a specific director, but the director spoke in a clear, straightforward way and picked out exactly what I wanted, which I liked.
