At least during the time I was hesitating about surgery, they were very kind. Of course, the moment I brought up canceling my reservation by phone, the manager's tone changed and said the deposit refund would be taken care of soon, but before I could even ask anything they abruptly hung up...^^ Kindness isn't really a deciding factor for me when choosing a clinic, so I'll skip that. But above all, they assigned me a doctor on their own, and he felt somehow too... lacking in professionalism, and I got the sense he was being swayed by what I said, so in just 2 minutes I felt, this isn't the place for me. I was talking briefly about what I had discussed at another clinic, and he reacted with, "Oh, so people do it that way these days?" which was really awkward... And he just gave off this feeling of not being confident, so it left me with an uneasy feeling.
