The doctor listened to my concerns carefully and explained everything thoroughly, so I didn't have anything to worry about. In particular, the consultation manager was really kind and attentive, which helped reduce a lot of my anxiety even though it was my first consultation. I was very grateful that the consultation manager explained every step in detail and answered my questions thoroughly.
