Honestly.. it felt too much like a giant factory, everyone seemed busy, and the consultation felt perfunctory and half-hearted. I also got the feeling they were pushing surgery quite a bit. I had to wait 30 minutes in the consultation room for the doctor to come in haha. Being busy can't be helped, but maybe because they were so rushed and busy, it didn't feel friendly at all.
