You first consult with the consultation manager, and then with the doctor. The consultation manager speaks first, and when I said I was unhappy with some parts, they immediately said my eye did not need surgery and talked about another area instead, saying a forehead lift would be needed. I don't know whether they are truly professional, and I got cut off at the consultation manager stage so I didn't even get to see the doctor! I'm not sure.
