This is the place famous for keeping people waiting and then leaving them for two hours, right? After my surgery, a friend of mine trusted me and went for a consultation, only to wait in the consultation room for over two hours, which made me really angry…… And after surgery I had severe nosebleeds, so I texted the manager, but there was no reply^^
