He said silicone is possible up to 4-5 mm max, but I said I didn't want silicone. If doing the nasal tip without an implant, he said the hollow between the nasal tip and bridge has to be filled with cartilage to match the line. Osteotomy is optional. Slightly shave down the dorsal hump. Use septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the tip while lowering the angle so it doesn't look like a short nose. Alar reduction is not recommended. For bulbous nose correction: cartilage tying, cartilage cutting, and soft tissue removal. The price was adjusted to match the event price my acquaintance got. They said they don't normally run events now. I left a 100,000 won deposit, and they said if I cancel within this week, they will refund it..!
