I had a 3:30 p.m. appointment, but I arrived around 3:10 p.m. and was told to fill out my information. After I did, it said they couldn't find my records, which seemed like a staff mistake? I was already uneasy from that point. Then the office manager came in and immediately asked, "You're seeing the director right away, right?" I said yes, and then I waited until 5:20 p.m. I was really angry. The consultation was very brief and only covered the bare minimum; maybe he really wanted to get off work... It ended extremely quickly, but I think he did cover everything he needed to say. The price is very cheap, but I probably won't have surgery here.
