It's a large hospital with good facilities and many floors. There were a lot of people, and even though I had a reservation, I had to wait a long time. The director was kind and explained everything in great detail. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and the surgery prices seemed to fluctuate a bit. I couldn't see the chief doctor, so I can't say what they were like.
