I had an eye consultation with Director HJY. The manager was really kind. The director drew the line for me, but other than that, they didn't really explain how my eyes were or anything in detail. They were so matter-of-fact that I didn't feel like they were paying much attention to me. I'm not sure whether they really understood what I wanted, and it felt like the conversation ended pretty quickly.
