I thought there would be a long wait, but I was able to take photos and have my consultation right away. The consultation manager was bright and enthusiastic, which I liked. The director also told me exactly what was needed. They said there would be pressure to pay a deposit, but to me it felt more like a recommendation than pressure. I liked the consultation, so I put down the deposit.
