I wanted a semi-out shape, and they drew a line between semi-out and in-between, but the line was fine. They didn't think double-eyelid correction was necessary, and they didn't really recommend canthoplasty either. There were quite a few people there at the time, and there was some waiting in between consultations. If you're someone who's sensitive about CCTV, I recommend this place. They said that if a guardian visits, you can watch, even if not constantly in real time.
