I went around 5 p.m. on a weekday and waited 30 minutes for the manager consultation, then 30 minutes for the director consultation. It was a bit exhausting. They asked if I had a photo I wanted and when I showed it, they said it would be difficult. The friendliness was just so-so... The director also seemed extremely busy. We talked for about 3 minutes? There weren't many people at the front desk, so I don't know why everyone was so busy.
