I thought I would need epicanthoplasty and ptosis correction, but they said it was optional, which I liked. At other places they said fat grafting was also absolutely necessary, but here they honestly said that if my fat volume decreases later from aging, maybe 20 to 30 years from now, I could do it then. I really felt a sense of trust, so I paid the deposit. I was worried after seeing reviews saying the consultant was rude, there were many patients waiting, and it was hard to get a deposit refunded, but the consultant was so kind, I went in right away without any wait, and when I later asked for a refund after deciding on another hospital because I saw reviews saying scars remained, they processed it quickly. So in the end I thought this was a really good hospital.
