There were a huge number of waiting customers, and even though I had a reservation, I think I waited about an hour. For surgery, they said I had a little drooping, but since it was my first one and I was young, an incision would be a waste, so they recommended partial incision. There was some pressure to book, and when I got home I asked about the consultation and requested the consultation chart, but they read it and ignored it.
