It was Saturday and my consultation appointment was at 5:30. I obviously arrived on time and was waiting for my consultation, but for some reason, maybe because the staff were approaching quitting time, they were really careless and rude, and from my perspective I had booked before 7 because they said they were seeing patients until then, so I was completely baffled. Zero intention of visiting again.
