I normally would not use words like this, but among all the clinics I have been to, the counselor and the front desk staff here are by far the worst. They have no basic manners at all, and the front desk staff just keep saying their own thing. When the other person starts talking, they put the handset down and do not listen... How did I know? Because when I spoke, suddenly all the noise was cut off over the handset, and when I got flustered and said, "Hello? Hello?" there was no response...... As for the counselor, there is no need to even mention it. She stood in the consultation room and openly gave me looks, clicked her tongue, and engaged in a power struggle. On top of that, she was extremely rude to the point that it felt like she was looking down on me. Because of these factors, I also started to think that I do not really know about the doctor either. The level was so far beyond the line that even including the counselor, the consultation professionalism and overall situation were very poor, and my expectations for surgery also dropped.
