The hospital looks pretty clean. The doctor was relatively kinder than at other places. If I talked about the area I was worried about, he would look at my face and bones and point out what would be good to do and explain the process in a relatively detailed way. (Maybe the place I went to before was just too unfriendly...) The director was also very satisfying. I'm not sure yet whether I'll actually have surgery, but I'm considering contouring here.
