The director looked insanely busy and tired. I had the consultation with the manager together. When he asked me, "Your face is small, so why do you want to do it?" I was saying that in my opinion my jaw angle below the ears looked wide and I wanted my front view to look slimmer, but he didn’t even look at me and cut me off, then snapped, "You already went and looked up all kinds of things on your own and are talking about the jaw angle below the ears, but that’s not it. You should say what exactly you’re worried about, right? You want to look slimmer from the front, don’t you?" He made me feel extremely embarrassed and came off very authoritative. Every time I said anything, he would snort a little laugh and answer with this vibe of, 'Do you really know better? I’m the doctor, I know best.' From halfway through the consultation, I completely lost any intention of getting it done here and just tuned everything out.
