Of course, they were all kind when answering questions or anything I was curious about, but I was a bit puzzled by the suggestion that I needed buccal fat removal. I heard that if you reduce the cheekbone, it’s better to also remove the buccal fat, but if I go somewhere else, they react like ??? so I’m confused.
