First, before meeting the doctor, the director/consultant explains the surgery method and the direction I want, and she was so kind that I felt like I wanted to do it here. But the director said something like a sharp shape would be difficult, so I’m worried it might come out round. She told me what isn’t possible isn’t possible, and she didn’t look at my eyes in detail; she consulted based on photos.
