There was some waiting time, and I had to ask when I would be consulted before they would tell me, which was a bit annoying. The manager explained everything with a PPT, from the forehead reduction surgery process to aftercare, and talked longer than the doctor did. When I met with the doctor, the consultation itself ended very quickly, about 3 minutes? The price was cheaper than other hospitals, but there was nothing else going for it, so I had the surgery at another hospital.
