There was quite a bit of waiting time compared to my original appointment time. When I met the doctor face to face, I liked that the explanation was kind and there was no overtreatment, but I was a little disappointed that there was no detailed explanation of what procedure would be used and how it would be done. The problem was that the consultation manager kept strongly recommending the same-day consultation fee and deposit, and when I asked to cancel the deposit on the same day, they flatly said it was non-refundable. I was very offended.
