The director seems to have a mild, easygoing personality. They examined my eyes carefully and kept the consultation brief and to the point, only covering what seemed necessary. It was just so-so, pretty standard, so I put it on my shortlist. There wasn't anything that really made me go wow, though ㅜㅜ The price was also reasonable, and the director understood my needs well.
