I’m leaving a review after consulting with Director Hwang Yong-seok because I’m planning contouring surgery. First of all, it seems the director likes flashy lines. I prefer a natural line, so I don’t think it suited me very well. He recommended contouring of all 3 areas. For the chin, he suggested T-osteotomy with 5 mm advancement. He said the front chin width is a bit wide, so it should be reduced a little, and when I asked because the chin length seemed short, from his point of view the length wasn’t short and advancement alone could make it look longer, so he advised against chin lengthening. Because the square-jaw frame is prominent and makes the face look wide, after chin advancement surgery he said they would slightly excise only the part where the secondary angle appears, while leaving about 1 cm below the ear, and proceed with square-jaw surgery. He advised against cortical bone resection. He also recommended doing a little on the cheekbones. He advised against double chin liposuction because the fat layer is thin, and said removing the buccal fat pads would help. I don’t remember the price exactly, so I wrote 10 million won.
