The director was kind, but looked tired and had a somewhat quiet voice...? He did explain enough, but I didn't really understand. Maybe because he used technical terms, haha,, Still, he explained the side effects honestly and kindly and didn't push any procedures on me, so I really liked the director!! As for the manager-type staff, maybe because I had just come from meeting a very detailed and thorough manager before that, they only gave me a really businesslike explanation!
