For under-eye fat repositioning, he explained it by connecting several factors such as how prominent the cheekbones are and age, which made me think this is not a surgery you can decide on just by thinking about dark circles and fat under the eyes. He seems like the kind of person who says not to do it unless he really recommends it, so there probably won't be any overtreatment.
