The director wasn't that kind. The doctor was also somewhat calm, but I got the feeling they were a bit bumbling. The line wasn't my favorite either, but the price was so cheap that I was tempted. Maybe that's because it was only sutured without incision. I remember that even adding eye correction wasn't that expensive.
