The director was kind. The staff at the front were all kind too. They pointed out the key things I wanted very well. But the hospital is so big that it was scary.... The director was recommended to me. It feels very factory-like. For a large hospital, I guess you have to accept some of that factory feeling. I decided not to have the surgery. The consultation itself wasn't bad, but it was just so-so.
