Because it is a large clinic, the facility is very big and there are a lot of people. It feels a bit like a factory. I had to wait too, but the counseling director was kind, which was nice. The reservation staff was also kind when I booked, which was nice. The doctor seemed busy, probably because there were so many consultation bookings, and he did not spend much time on the consultation.
