The wait was insanely long. Luckily I had no plans that day, so at least that was a relief. My appointment was at 3:00, but I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. If it was going to be like this, I don't know why they even take appointments. But for the amount of time I waited, the consultation ended really quickly. Oddly enough, they said I could come without leaving a deposit, but the director/manager didn't change.
