I had my nose done here 5 years ago (the doctor who did my nose is no longer at DA and has become the chief doctor at another hospital). When the cast first came off, it looked legendary-level pretty, and I was in awe. After about 2 years, the tip of my nose started drooping and the bridge also became thicker (why?). When I went in for a consultation, they said it was because my skin was thick and that even if I had revision surgery, it would be the same... Then I went to another hospital for a consultation, and they said the silicone was too thick from the start, so they replaced it with a thinner one + they also said the osteotomy had not been enough, so I had another osteotomy as well. The doctor was kind, though... but I was disappointed with the result. And they are very busy. In the end, it is a factory-style place... there are pros and cons to factory-style clinics, so think carefully.
